Mb2u Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the mb2u platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use mb2u's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mb2u as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms from time to time.
The mb2u platform may only be used by individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on mb2u. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. mb2u reserves the right to verify this information at any time. Failure to provide truthful information may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the freezing of any associated balance pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity carried out through your account is considered your own. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must contact the mb2u support team immediately and change your account password.
- Sharing your login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.
- Using another person's account, even with the account holder's permission, is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Any action that could compromise the integrity of the system or the security of other users is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the mb2u platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX and approved local e-wallets. mb2u is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your mb2u account. Transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited. mb2u reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and may take anywhere from a few minutes to three (3) business days. mb2u is not responsible for delays caused by banks or technical disruptions beyond the platform's control.
Any bonus, promotional credit, or offer credited to your account is subject to the wagering requirements stated separately. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly without first meeting the specified conditions. mb2u reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means or system abuse.
4. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Mb2u reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, promotion abuse, breach of terms, or activity that is harmful to the platform. In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any balance associated with the relevant activity may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Limitation of Liability
Mb2u is not liable for any financial losses incurred by users as a result of using the platform, including losses arising from wagering, technical disruptions, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform. The platform is provided on an as-is basis, and mb2u makes no implied warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of real-time data.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mb2u platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of mb2u or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from mb2u.
5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Changes to Terms
Mb2u reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. You are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the mb2u platform shall be resolved through channels designated by the platform's management. Users agree to use mb2u's official support channels as the first step in resolving any issue or complaint.
